Custom Heat Transfer Patches for Hats, Clothing & More

We carry a variety of custom patches for your apparel in a variety of shapes, syles and sizes.  Our patches are heat transfer, often reffered to as "iron-on" patches, and are popular for hats among other items.

We carry a variety of styles including sublimated patches, leatherette, simulated woven patches, suede and twill woven patches.

How to Make & Order Custom Patches

1. Designing Your Patch
First, you'll need to design your patch. This can be done using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Canva  or Photoshop. Maximum file size is 524288 MB, file types are pdf, svg, eps, ai, psd, png

2. Choosing your patch Type
There are  4 different types of patches to choose from.
DecoTwill, Sim Woven, DecoSuede and DecoLeather.

3. Placing your order
Once you choose what type of patch and patch size you want you . Then upload your artwork and enter your design size in the box and if it is a reorder please note your reorder number.

4. Check your Order
Once you receive your order please be sure to check your order over and make sure you have the proper amount of transfers.

5. Apply your Custom Patch
Apply your custom/emblem headwear patches to the specifications below.
  • 225° F - 265° F
  • 5 - 10 seconds
  • Peel backing film before pressing
  • Light to medium
  • Polyester, cotton, poly/cotton blends
  • Domestic wash. Tumble or line dry. DO NOT dry clean.
  • For best results use a Heat Press Machine or Hat Heat Press
